Wildfire Prevention/ Suppression Program
HISTORY
Franco Reforestation has been providing Wildland Firefighting resources to the Oregon Department of Forestry since 1987. In over 30 years it has grown to support 16 hand crews and 10 Fire Engines that have given support to National Resources all across the United States.

TRAINING OFFERED
Three Lead Instructors offer training for those intrested in getting certified as a Type 2 wildland firefighter through the N.W.S.A (National Wildfifre Suppression Agency) Training is held at one of the 5 different dispatches in the northwest.Course training offered include;
- Entry Level (S-130, S-190, L-180)
- Annual Refresher (RT-130
- WIldland Fire Chainsaws (S-212)
- CPR/FIRST AID
- Firefighter Type 1 (S-131, S-133)
